Ali Earl
Hi I'm Ali, and I'm a mum to a teenager, a toddler and a fur baby. All three have different needs but are as demanding as the other! Suffice to say it's a busy household. Professionally my background is Finance/Accounting which I have been working in for nearly 20 years. I started while at University and worked myself up to a senior position and then I had my son.
I took a couple of years off to be with him and I found it difficult to get back to where I had left off. I found it hard and frustrating to find a part time position at that senior level that I was accustomed to with my previous role so that I have could have the flexibility and time freedom to spend time with my son while he was growing up. I was able to find full time work in the senior positions, but that deprived me of my family life that is not what I wanted. The flip side of finding a part time position always resulted in me being over qualified and that also was not a solution.
It's just amazing being able to take your kids away on holidays, do a little bit of work and then enjoying the magical moments like this one - my daughter taking in the view and being able to share her excitement.
My beautiful fur baby, butter wouldn't melt in his mouth - but don't let that fool you! He LOVES attention and I LOVE being able to give that to him so much more by working from home.
I'm always behind the camera but I'm in this picture somehow which is rare! It's great to be able to capture as many pictures as I can of my family and not miss out on the precious moments that create beautiful memories. As a mum this lifestyle is priceless
My sentiments exactly!! Yeah, I did it!! Here's my son, tackling a new experience, a new achievement and it's wonderful being able to provide that opportunity while he puts in the effort and makes it happen.

The part time position did grant me the quality time to spend with my family but over time I realised it became very mentally unfulfilling. Finally I decided to think outside the box and look for something that could satisfy both.
Finding this business opportunity in the Personal Development arena awarded me with the family time and lifestyle that I had been searching for. Not only has this opportunity allowed me to open my mind and make positive changes in myself, it has also allowed me the ability to share this with others to be able to do the same while being part of this business.
